Tori Spelling, who is 50 years old, has formally filed for divorce from her husband Dean McDermott, aged 57, following 18 years of marriage.
According to TMZ, Tori stated that their separation date was June 17, 2023, due to irreconcilable differences.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” actress is seeking spousal support and requests in the court to prevent Dean from receiving any support from her. Additionally, she is asking Dean to cover her legal expenses.
Tori and Dean have five young children together. Tori is seeking sole physical custody of the kids while proposing joint legal custody. According to TMZ, she is open to Dean having visitation rights.
In terms of their assets, they will be divided as the divorce proceedings progress, with no mention of a prenuptial agreement.
Tori and Dean got married in 2006. Recently, they were seen having a tense moment at a storage unit in Los Angeles, during which Tori was visibly upset and in tears.
