Millions of Taylor Swift fans watch her Eras Tour concerts through poor-quality social media livestreams, and she did the same for the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl ring ceremony.
On Thursday, June 13, 34-year-old Swift was seen watching Chariah Gordon’s Instagram Live from the event. Fans shared screenshots showing Swift leaving comments as Gordon streamed the ceremony. (Gordon is the partner of Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr.)
“YESSSS,” Swift commented, adding, “JOINING THE PARTY FROM LIVERPOOL LET’S GOOOOOOO.” Later, she joked that it was late and she was going to bed, since England is six hours ahead of Kansas City.
Swift is dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who attended the ring ceremony alone. Earlier that Thursday, she performed a sold-out Eras Tour concert in Liverpool, England, marking her 100th show on the tour.
“People have been asking, ‘How are you going to celebrate the 100th show?’” Swift said during her Red set. “For me, celebrating the 100th show means admitting to myself that this tour will end in December. Like, that’s it.”
Swift began her Eras Tour in March 2023, several months before she started dating 34-year-old Kelce. This summer, she brought a reimagined version of the tour to Europe, updating the setlist with songs from her 11th album, The Tortured Poets Department, which was released in April.
“It’s been the most exhausting, all-encompassing, but most joyful, rewarding, and wonderful thing that has ever happened in my life,” Swift said at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium. “This tour has become my entire life. It’s taken over everything.”
She added, “I think I used to have hobbies, but I don’t remember what they were anymore. All I do when I’m not on stage is sit at home and think of clever acoustic song mash-ups and what you might want to hear.”
Kelce has supported Swift by attending several of her Eras Tour shows whenever his NFL and work commitments allow.
