According to court papers obtained by Page Six, Joe asked for the dismissal of their Miami divorce case because they wanted to resolve things privately through mediation. The documents mentioned that they are working towards a peaceful resolution. Joe’s request to the court came shortly after they agreed on a temporary custody arrangement during mediation. Papers obtained by “Extra” stated that they had productive mediation sessions from October 4-7, 2023, and both parties believe they are close to resolving all issues amicably.
