I don’t know about you, but I enjoy hearing about what happens behind the scenes at awards shows. There are always some unexpected things that happen amidst all the glamour. I can’t believe they served pizza in a bag at the Critics Choice Awards earlier this year, haha!
Recently, Simu Liu posted on Threads discussing his opinions on the food served at the Oscars ceremony and the afterparties.
Oscars rating: 3/10. “Jimmy brought some soft pretzels and Sour Patch Kids and hid them under our seats. It wasn’t fancy, but it did the trick,” he mentioned.
The Governors Ball rating: 11/10. “It was amazing. They had wood-fired pizzas, paella, wagyu, sliders, PEKING DUCK?!? I couldn’t stop eating the whole time
Vanity Fair Oscars Party rating: 7/10. “Oh, the famous party with In-N-Out burgers ready to eat. Can’t go wrong.
Madonna’s afterparty rating: 9/10. “They had a wide array of curry, rice, naan, and samosas. I was so stuffed, haha.
But Simu wasn’t the only one excited about In-N-Out that evening. I love this picture of Steven Spielberg snapping a photo of his cheeseburger😂
