Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new allegations. A model named Crystal McKinney says he drugged and sexually assaulted her.
Court documents say McKinney met Diddy in 2003 at a Men’s Fashion Week event in NYC when she was 22. A designer introduced her to Diddy, who invited her to his studio afterward. She thought she would be with other people there, not alone at his home.
When she got to the studio, Diddy was there with some male friends, drinking Hennessy and smoking joints. McKinney tried a joint, which she found very strong. She later realized that Diddy had put drugs in the joint.
According to the lawsuit, Combs allegedly pressured her to drink more alcohol and smoke marijuana. She felt very drunk and dizzy.
She says he then took her to a bathroom where he kissed her without her agreeing. Then, he made her do sexual things to him even though she didn’t want to.
Afterward, she felt scared and sick. When she got up, she felt dizzy and passed out.
When she woke up, she was in a taxi going to Combs’ house. She realized she had been sexually assaulted.
The lawsuit says this experience was really hard for her, and Combs made it difficult for her to work in the industry after it happened.
The papers say she felt really sad and anxious and went into a deep depression. In 2004, she tried to hurt herself and had to go to the hospital.
McKinney said when she saw news about other people suing, like Cassie Ventura, she felt like she had to speak up too.
She wants to get money for what happened to her, but she didn’t say how much.
Diddy hasn’t said anything about the lawsuit yet.
The model’s lawsuit came out just after a video of Diddy hurting Cassie was shown. He said sorry in a video on Instagram, but some people didn’t like it because he didn’t say Cassie’s name.
This week, Cassie’s friend Mylah Morales, who did makeup for both her and Diddy, said she was scared for Cassie and herself.
