At the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday, Ludacris graced the yellow carpet ahead of hosting duties.
Megan Ryte, Ludacris highlighted some of the key honorees, including Beyoncé.
Ludacris expressed admiration for Beyoncé‘s latest album “Cowboy Carter,” praising her boldness and groundbreaking approach.
Beyoncé is set to receive the Innovator Award that evening. Ludacris emphasized, “If anyone deserves the Innovator Award, it’s definitely her. I have seen her growth over the past two decades, and I believe she is the most deserving recipient.”
When asked about Beyoncé’s ability to keep pushing boundaries, Ludacris remarked, “She’s fearless, and we need more people like her who aren’t afraid to take chances in the music industry.”
Expressing his excitement about hosting the event, Ludacris shared, “There’s so much energy here, and I’m eager to share it with everyone.”
Hinting at what’s in store for the evening, he mentioned, “It’ll feature a mix of songs, so you’ll experience a bit of everything.”
