The blonde bombshell mentioned that although she is committed to living a healthy lifestyle, she avoids talking about it in front of her children.

“We’re very committed to eating healthily. I am cautious not to mention dieting or weight in front of my kids,” the TV producer informed UsWeekly.

Madison, who disclosed last year that she has autism, also mentioned that she began dieting at age 11 and doesn’t want her kids to start dieting at a young age.

She also mentioned, “If they’re trying to offer me something unhealthy, I simply say, ‘Oh, I’m focusing on my health.'”

The former Girls Next Door star expressed her desire for her daughter to avoid developing body image concerns and seeking validation solely based on appearance. Holly, drawing from her own experiences at a similar age, explained, “We don’t want her to become fixated on her appearance or seek attention or validation solely through her looks.”

Holly reflected on their success so far in steering her daughter away from these issues.

She mentioned, “She’s doing much better than I was at her age, that’s for sure. I was already focused on my appearance when I was 11.”

Recently, Holly was questioned about the necessity to replace bathroom pipes due to numerous girls struggling with bulimia and vomiting during their stay in the mansion. She acknowledged it was disheartening to witness so many women going through such difficulties at that time.

She mentioned, “On my podcast Girls Next Level with Bridget Marquardt, we’ve spoken to staff and others who were present at the time this reportedly happened, and it seems it was a reality.

“There were individuals dealing with severe eating disorders during my time there, and it was always disheartening to witness.”

Holly also appeared on Good Morning America on Wednesday to discuss her new true crime show, Lethally Blonde, premiering on Monday, March 25, at 10/9c.

In this series, Madison presents cases where hopeful individuals with big aspirations find themselves in a sinister world that exploits their sexuality.

After revealing that she has autism, this disclosure followed years of Holly feeling different from others and wondering about it. The former girlfriend of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner explained that she received the diagnosis earlier this year.

Holly mentioned having ‘high executive functioning autism’ and clarified, “It’s not as severe as it can be for others. So I’m not representing everyone.”

She emphasized the spectrum nature of autism, stating, “It’s called a spectrum for a reason.”

During an appearance on the podcast Talking To Death, the reality TV personality shared that she can lead a fairly normal life. She acknowledged being introverted throughout her life and not feeling entirely comfortable engaging in small talk with others. With the diagnosis, she has gained a better understanding of herself and has become more patient, willing to apologize if she interrupts others or talks over them and explaining why she did so.

As a child, Holly often zoned out and found it challenging to understand social cues. Growing up in Alaska and later moving to Oregon made her feel different from others.

During a podcast in 2021, she described herself as ‘not neurotypical’ and contemplated whether she might have had Asperger’s syndrome, which is now considered part of the broader autism spectrum disorder.

Reflecting on her behavior, she shared that she has only recently learned to make eye contact due to her quiet nature and tendency to be lost in her thoughts. This often leads people to misinterpret her as disinterested in them, causing misunderstandings.

Holly acknowledged interrupting others frequently, as she struggles to gauge when someone has finished speaking. This has led to instances where she may have unknowingly upset people by coming across as aloof or superior.

Holly Madison, the former Playboy Playmate, described how she doesn’t always connect with others on the same social level. She emphasized that it’s not personal and appreciates the chance to clarify this.

She found working at Hooters enjoyable because they provided specific guidelines for how to engage with others, which helped her navigate social interactions effectively.

Having realized the importance of understanding and patience towards individuals with autism, she now encourages her friends to be understanding, emphasizing that everyone has different social abilities and challenges.

This reflection comes nearly a year after she disclosed that she had never engaged in casual sex before meeting Hugh Hefner. She revealed feeling somewhat asexual and unprepared for such experiences until the night she became involved with the magazine publisher.
