According to reports, Christine Quinn is getting ready to end her nearly five-year marriage with husband Christian Richard.
A source informed Us Weekly, “Christine Quinn is preparing to part ways with Christian. She intends to file for divorce.”
This happened after Richard, aged 45, was arrested for throwing a bag of glass at his wife, aged 35, but unintentionally hitting their young son.
The bond for the tech millionaire was set at $30,000, and Quinn obtained a temporary protective order against him for a week.
He was released shortly after, and on Wednesday night, he returned to his and Quinn’s home in Hollywood Hills, where he was arrested for the second time.
A spokesperson from the LAPD informed that the police arrived at the residence at 10:48 pm, and he was arrested for violating the restraining order issued the previous day. He posted another $30,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on 4/11.
Richard posted his second $30,000 bond shortly after the second arrest, around 4:45 am on Thursday, as per LA County Sheriff’s records.
On Wednesday, the police conducted a search of the couple’s home with their guns drawn during the day. An LAPD spokesperson described it as a ‘building search’ to ensure the safety of the residence. Fortunately, they found no issues.
Quinn and her son were reportedly not at the property but are now at a different ‘safe location,’ as mentioned by a source to Page Six.
Usually, building searches are carried out because someone has alerted the police about potential threats in a specific area.
According to a source, Quinn did not call the authorities to her home on this occasion.
An eyewitness to the search shared that the police could be heard saying, ‘Come out with your hands up.’l
By Wednesday night, Richard had been released, and the police were observed arriving again at his and Quinn’s home in Hollywood Hills.
Photos obtained by DailyMail.com display an officer stepping out of a police vehicle parked outside the residence.
Earlier on Tuesday afternoon, Richard, who married the former Selling Sunset star in 2019, was seen being escorted from his house by officers while wearing just a bathrobe and no shoes after an incident involving their two-year-old son, Christian Georges Dumontet.
The technology entrepreneur appeared serious as he conversed with the officers on the curb outside his Hollywood Hills residence before being placed in a police car.
Several police cars were spotted outside the couple’s home. Quinn was not present during the arrest.
