You’re likely aware that Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan are dating

Although they haven’t directly talked about their relationship, Sabrina and Barry have been romantically connected since December 2023 when they were photographed having dinner together in LA.
The rumored dinner happened after Sabrina, 24, reportedly ended her relationship with Shawn Mendes, and Barry, 31, separated from his girlfriend Alyson Sandro. Barry and Alyson have a son named Brando.
Since then, Barry and Sabrina have been seen together multiple times, and Barry even attended to support her at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour shows.
Most notably, Barry was seen wearing an Eras Tour bracelet with Sabrina’s name on it not just at the concerts but also on the red carpet at the Oscars afterparty this weekend.
On the red carpet, Barry couldn’t take his eyes off Sabrina as they posed for photos together. Fans online loved the sweet moment when he admitted to the paparazzi that he was distracted.
Later, at the official afterparty hosted by Vanity Fair, Barry and Sabrina openly displayed their relationship by posing for a photo inside the venue.
This week, fans were excited again when they noticed a funny comment Barry posted under a popular video of Sabrina praising another Irish actor, Cillian Murphy
In a Vanity Fair interview before the Oscars, Sabrina joked, ‘If I see Cillian Murphy, I might just leave the party. Not actually go with him, just leave at the same time to see where he lives. You know, follow his car.’
After Sabrina’s comments gained attention online, Barry quickly chimed in on Vanity Fair’s Instagram post by leaving these emojis under the video to playfully remind her of his presence :
In response to the online exchange, many fans found the whole situation amusing. One person commented, ‘He basically said, “You have Ireland at home.”‘ Another fan echoed with, ‘He was like, “I’m Irish.”
The sweet exchange led some users to playfully suggest that Barry is completely ‘obsessed’ with Sabrina. One tweet stated, ‘I wish someone was as obsessed with me as Barry Keoghan is with Sabrina Carpenter.’ Another person mentioned, ‘He really seems to be obsessed with her, and that’s a good thing for her.'”
