“At the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony, Dwayne Johnson, also known as The Rock, had a disagreement with a fan, not another wrestler. Johnson was there to honor his late grandmother, Lia Maivia, who was a wrestling promoter and had been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
As Johnson was leaving the stage, a fan said something to him, catching his attention. The Rock walked over to the fan, appearing serious, and seemed to challenge the man to repeat his comment.
The fan backed off a bit, considering Johnson’s imposing presence, and Johnson left with a reminder for the fan to mind his language.
There wasn’t any violence in the crowd, and the incident didn’t overshadow other memorable moments, like Johnson receiving a special championship belt from Muhammad Ali’s widow, Lonnie. Ali, often called ‘The People’s Champion,’ passed away in 2016, so it was a symbolic passing of the torch between two champions.
However, it seems one person in the crowd wasn’t on board with considering The Rock their champion. It’s probably wise for them to keep their opinions to themselves.”
